After graduating from Osaka Abeno Tsujicho Group French School, he started his career at a local patisserie in Shiga. After moving to Tokyo, he was involved in the openings of ``Patisserie Planets,'' two Michelin-starred ``L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon,'' and ``Peninsula Tokyo.'' After that, he became a chef pastry chef at KURKKU, a restaurant run by music producer Takeshi Kobayashi, which connects organic producers with urban life. Currently working at a local membership hotel in Shiga.
