  • I don't like spicy food, but can I still eat it? Can children eat it?

About shipping

  • How much is the shipping cost?
    The shipping fee for our shop's products (excluding sweets) is 200 yen. It will be shipped by mail. Please check here for sweets shipping charges.

  • How long does it take from ordering to arrival?
     Products from our shop (excluding sweets) are shipped every Tuesday. Orders placed by Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
    For sweets, please check the shipping date listed on the product page.

About the store

  • Is there a physical CARMA store?
     We plan to open a physical store in Tokyo in the fall of 2024.
    Currently, we are opening a POPUP restaurant every Thursday at "Sancha WORK", a 2-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station. You can enjoy dishes using monthly curry, chai, and spices. Please feel free to visit us.
