Menu example and things to prepare

・Spinach and taro sabzi 1 bunch of spinach (chopped)
2 taro (boiled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/4 clove garlic and ginger (chopped)
1 tablespoon salad oil

・Pork belly and paprika sabzi
100g thinly sliced ​​pork belly (cut into bite-sized pieces)
4 bell peppers (cut lengthwise)
1/2 clove of garlic and ginger (chopped)

・2 potato and cauliflower sabzi potatoes (200g) (parboiled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/4 cauliflower (100g) (divided into bunches)
1/4 tomato (roughly chopped)

・1 large lotus root subjirenkon (approx. 300g) (cut lengthwise into strips)
