Menu example and things to prepare
・Spinach and taro sabzi 1 bunch of spinach (chopped)
2 taro (boiled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/4 clove garlic and ginger (chopped)
1 tablespoon salad oil
・Pork belly and paprika sabzi
100g thinly sliced pork belly (cut into bite-sized pieces)
4 bell peppers (cut lengthwise)
1/2 clove of garlic and ginger (chopped)
1 tablespoon salad oil
・2 potato and cauliflower sabzi potatoes (200g) (parboiled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/4 cauliflower (100g) (divided into bunches)
1/4 tomato (roughly chopped)
1 tablespoon salad oil
・1 large lotus root subjirenkon (approx. 300g) (cut lengthwise into strips)
1 tablespoon salad oil
・Nanohana sabji 1 bunch of rapeseed 1/4 clove of garlic 1 tablespoon of salad oil
・1/4 cabbage and onion sabzi cabbage (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1/4 onion (roughly chopped)
1/2 clove of garlic and ginger 1 tablespoon of salad oil
